Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Blazebox, operated by Ace Media Labs LLC ("Blazebox," "we," "us," "our"), and any individual or business ("Client," "you," "your") that purchases our website design and development services. By completing a purchase or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a purchase.

1. Services

1.1 Packages.

Blazebox designs and builds websites for small businesses. Deliverables are determined by the package purchased (Starter, Growth, or Custom) as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Custom projects are scoped and quoted in writing before work begins.

1.2 What is included.

Each package includes the features listed for it on our pricing page, including copywriting and imagery created by Blazebox. Anything not listed for the purchased package is outside the scope of this Agreement and will be quoted separately.

1.3 Platform.

All websites are designed, built, and hosted on Framer, a third-party platform.

1.4 Changes to scope.

Requests for additional pages, structural redesigns, or new features are outside the original scope. We will quote them in writing before any work begins, and we are not obligated to complete them under the original purchase price.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 Information and materials.

You agree to attend the discovery call and provide accurate information about your business, along with any materials we request, such as your logo, photos, or domain access.

2.2 Content accuracy.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all business information you provide, including services, credentials, pricing, licenses, and claims about your business. We use this information to write your site but do not verify it.

2.3 Review.

You are responsible for reviewing all content, imagery, and functionality before approving the site for launch, and for making sure the site meets any rules that apply to your industry.

2.4 Timely communication.

Delays in attending the discovery call, providing materials, or responding to review requests will extend the project timeline. Blazebox is not responsible for delays caused by the Client.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment in full.

Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Work begins once payment has been received.

3.2 Pricing.

Prices are as listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. We may change our prices at any time, but changes do not affect completed purchases.

3.3 Additional work.

Work outside the scope of the purchased package will be quoted and invoiced separately, and will not begin without written agreement on scope and price.

4. Timeline, Revisions & Launch

4.1 Timeline.

Starter and Growth sites are typically delivered within one week of the discovery call. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Custom projects follow the timeline agreed in their scope.

4.2 Revisions.

Starter and Growth packages include one (1) round of revisions before launch. Revisions cover changes to copy, imagery, and design within the original scope. Further changes before launch may be quoted separately.

4.3 Launch.

We will not launch your site until you approve it, in writing by email or through our review process. Once you approve the site, or the included revision round has been used, the project is considered delivered.

4.4 Delays on our side.

If an unexpected delay occurs on our end, we will notify you promptly with a revised delivery estimate. Blazebox is not liable for losses arising from project delays.

5. Hosting & Support

5.1 Post-launch review period.

For seven (7) days after launch, we host your site at no charge. During this period you may review the live site and request minor copy and design adjustments within the original scope.

5.2 After the review period.

At the end of the seven days, you choose one of two options:

  • Hosting and support plan. We continue to host and maintain your site on our Framer account for the monthly fee listed on our pricing page.

  • Self-hosting. We transfer the site to your own Framer account. You are then responsible for your Framer subscription, billing, and ongoing maintenance of the site.

If you have not chosen an option by the end of the review period, we will send you a link to transfer the site to your own Framer account. Until the transfer is completed or a hosting plan begins, the site will remain on Framer’s free plan, which does not support a custom domain.

5.3 Hosting and support plan.

The plan is billed monthly and includes hosting, security, and a limited number of small edits each month as described on our pricing page. Unused edits do not roll over. Larger changes are quoted separately.

5.4 Cancelling the plan.

You may cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and past charges are non-refundable. After the final billing period, we will keep your site online for fourteen (14) days and help transfer it to your own Framer account. If the transfer is not completed within that time, the site may be taken offline.

5.5 Domain.

Your domain stays registered in your name. Domain registration and renewal fees are your responsibility.

5.6 Response times.

We aim to respond to support requests within 24 to 48 business hours. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Before the discovery call.

If you cancel before the discovery call takes place, you will receive a full refund.

6.2 After work begins.

Once the discovery call has taken place, work on your project has begun and the purchase is final. We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the final design when it was delivered in line with the purchased package.

6.3 Good-faith resolution.

If you believe the delivered work does not match the purchased package, contact us at support@blazebox.io. We will review each case individually and in good faith. Resolution is at our discretion and may include additional revisions, partial credit, or another remedy.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your content.

You keep full ownership of everything you provide, including text, logos, and images.

7.2 Your website.

Once paid in full, you have full use of the delivered website, including the copy and imagery we created for it.

7.3 Our design framework.

Layouts, design systems, components, and templates developed by Blazebox remain our intellectual property. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense them to third parties.

7.4 AI-assisted content.

Some copy and imagery may be created with the help of AI tools and is reviewed by our team. You remain responsible for reviewing all content for accuracy before approving the site.

7.5 Portfolio.

We may show your completed site in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to in writing before launch.

7.6 Footer credit.

Sites include a small Blazebox credit in the footer. You may ask us to remove it, and we will accommodate the request at our discretion.

8. Third-Party Platforms

8.1 Framer.

Websites are built and hosted on Framer. We have no control over Framer's pricing, availability, terms, or technical performance, and we are not liable for outages, data loss, price changes, or discontinuation of the service.

8.2 Other tools.

Some features, such as booking, payments, forms, or review widgets, may rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or pricing, and any fees they charge are your responsibility.

8.3 No export.

Framer is a hosted platform, so websites cannot be exported as standalone files for self-hosting elsewhere.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

9.1 No guarantee of results.

We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, including traffic, search rankings, leads, sales, or revenue. SEO foundations are included but do not guarantee specific rankings.

9.2 Content.

You are solely responsible for all content published on your site, including content we wrote and you approved.

9.3 Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blazebox's total liability for any claim related to this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost customers, lost data, or business interruption.

10. Termination & General Terms

10.1 Termination by the Client.

You may end this Agreement at any time by written notice. Refunds are handled under Section 6.

10.2 Termination by Blazebox.

We may end this Agreement if you breach these terms, provide false or misleading information, or behave abusively toward our team. No refund is issued in that case.

10.3 Confidentiality.

We treat the business information you share with us as confidential and share it only as needed to deliver our services.

10.4 Entire agreement.

This Agreement, together with the package description and any written scope confirmation, is the entire agreement between us.

10.5 Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10.6 Severability.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

10.7 Governing law.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.

10.8 Contact.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@blazebox.io.
